PLEASE NOTE: Second Tier users that purchase the service through a Reseller, must contact their Reseller to help with the registration process. Please contact your Reseller to get started.

Step 1: Fill out the form above

Step 2: After filling out the form above, a registration form will be emailed to the email address you provide. Fill out the registration form and return it via email to PortDataComply@iconectiv.numberportability.com

Step 3: Once the registration form has been processed, you will receive a Service Agreement to sign and return to iconectiv. Access to the files will be granted once the Service Agreement has been processed and countersigned by iconectiv.
